OPPORTUNITY
Benedito Sans is a custom-created typeface that strives to convey the essence of Benny’s Pizzeria, a distinguished Italian restaurant. Every letterform is carefully crafted to reflect the soul and legacy of Benny's, offering a cohesive brand presence in any promotional efforts for the company's 30+ locations.The typeface is a geometrical yet hospitable style that captures the warmth and sincerity of the pizzeria. It draws influence from the serene streetscapes of the Brooklyn Bridge (its origin) and the classical artistry found in authentic Italian pizzerias. Brick ovens, melting cheese, pizza slice angles, and other numerous elements served as inspiration for the forms. The typeface, which has aspects of Italian wayfinding, has a timeless charm that appeals to both modern and traditional tastes.
A versatile typeface, Benedito Sans can be used in three different styles: regular, oblique, and outlined. The san serif designs blend well with Benny's branding and marketing campaign efforts.
