CASE STUDY
OPPORTUNITY
Each year, AIGA hosts a design conference to bring together members and leaders of the ever-changing design community to share ideas, grow as professionals, inspire each other, and collaborate with the purpose of creating work that will ultimately shape the future of design and culture.
AIGA chooses a new theme annually for its conferences, exploring ideas such as
“The View From Here” in 2023, “Re-Connect” in 2022, “A Brief History of Now” in 2021. Often, these themes will reflect the idea of looking at the past in light of the present and future and viewing design as an entity greatly influenced by time and individuals throughout it.
The 2024 AIGA Design Conference needed a similar yet distinct theme and branding, including a successful overarching plan of action displayed through a unique conference guide, signage, and various other touchpoints.
